An large and rare Art Deco spelter figure,
by A Leclerc, France, c1925,
the very stylish high kicking dancer posing wfan,
the spelter with an antiqued gold painted finish,
mounted on black portoro marble base-
39cm high
Metal fan inscribed A Leclerc
Minor "nibbles" to edges of marble ,very slight age wear to the
cold-painted spelter finish.
This is a very stylish figure and one I've had before but without the
feather fan and not signed. It is also usually attributed to "Limousin".
