Pink Street by Michael Dulics (b1935)
A large oil on canvas 48in x 50in, signed and dated 1968
Purchased from the artist in 1968 by the renowned British actor
actor James Mason.
Michael Dulics studied art history in Zagreb before moving to
Australia in the early 1960's where he taught art and had several one
man exhibitions the first being at the Argus Gallery Melbourne in
1966.
Dulics appeared on Australian TV and was the subject of the
documentary "Shades of Difference".
James Mason saw the documentary and bought two paintings
